Undergraduate design teams and undergraduate researchers will present their projects at a poster session in the afternoon on Friday April 25.
An abstract must be submitted in order to present in the Undergraduate Design Competition. The extended deadline for submission was
February 10, 2014 at 11:59 PM EST. Submitters will be notified in early March.
Optional: When submitting an abstract for the Undergraduate Design Competition, an optional two-page paper may also be submitted. Two-page papers must conform to the formatting guidelines required for publication in the conference proceedings.
The inclusion of any prototypes produced as part of the project is optional. Those wishing to display a prototype or who have special power needs should contact the conference organizers as soon as possible. Due to limited space, special requests should be made to the conference organizers by email as soon as possible. Students will be notified whether special requests can be accommodated two weeks prior to the conference.
All students attending the competition must register for at least the Friday of the conference.
